This has become one of the key benchmarking institutions in Uganda for performance management and service delivery.The project involved the Design, Development, Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of an Enterprise Electronic Document and Content Management Software that supports records management, Document Archiving and Retrieval-Rule based and development of a file tracking system.
It involved digitization of an estimate of 15,000,000 Sheets of paper for records in the business registry by Indexing, Bar-coding and Scanning into Electronic Document Management System.
Coseke also provided trained all focal URSB staff on the automated document flow procedures, tracking, and barcoding, Scanning, Indexing and Storage as well as provision of post Implementation system Maintenance & Support.
