The Data Capture Process with OnBase AnyDoc

OnBase AnyDoc provides a solution that is flexible enough to meet the demands of departments across your organization and is fast enough to keep each department as efficient as possible, even as demands increase. 1. Capture

OnBase AnyDoc processes scanned documents, emails, and electronic files – ensuring that no matter where your business processes begin, they all receive the benefits of OnBase AnyDoc.

2. Classify
After capturing a document, OnBase AnyDoc automatically identifies the document type without the need for human intervention.

3. Extract
Whether hand-printed or machine-printed, OnBase AnyDoc pulls all the relevant information right off of the page of any document.

4. Validate
Interacting with your databases, OnBase AnyDoc compares the captured data with values currently in your system to ensure accuracy.

5. Export
OnBase AnyDoc consolidates captured information and documents, as well as associated information it finds in other databases, and sends them to whatever system you currently use to route and/or manage content.

We have a separate department dedicated to offsite scanning projects- an important focus of our firm. COSEKE can do document conversion from our state-of-the-art Imaging Bureau, between five and ten of our clients’ projects are generally underway throughout the East African region.

This is especially good for clients who do not have enough space at their own premises or want minimal interruptions to routine operations. The bureau is highly secure and fully equipped with heavy duty scanners and software to do large volume document management. COSEKE has the capacity to digitize more than 300,000 images per day, since inception, we have digitized more than 250 million documents in the East African region.

Once the scanning and indexing is complete, COSEKE will delivers the images together with your documents and thereafter we supply you with a scanner for day forward scanning.
